It is not the right fit for families with children. The units are too small, there is no dedicated kids play area, and the nearest international schools like NIST or Bangkok Prep require transport. Families would be better served looking at larger two or three bedroom units along Sukhumvit Soi 39 to Soi 49, where school buses run and playgrounds are more common.

It is also not ideal if you are sensitive to nightlife noise. The Asoke and Sukhumvit Soi 23 area gets loud, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. If quiet residential streets matter to you, consider something deeper into the sois or further along the BTS line toward Phrom Phong or Thonglor.
