What to Watch Out For

Weekend traffic around Chatuchak Market is genuinely terrible. If your condo faces Kamphaeng Phet Road or the main Phahonyothin intersection, expect noise and gridlock on Saturdays and Sundays. Ask for a unit facing away from the main roads, or choose a building a few sois deeper, like those along Phahonyothin Soi 24 or Vibhavadi Rangsit side streets.
