Noble Ambiance Sukhumvit: Mid-Range Noble Brand Condo Reviewed

Summary

Noble Ambiance Sukhumvit review reveals a solid mid-range condo choice with contemporary design, excellent facilities, and prime Sukhumvit access for Bangk

Noble Ambiance Sukhumvit sits in a sweet spot that a lot of renters overlook. It's not flashy. It's not trying to compete with the glass tower condos lining Sukhumvit's main drag. But for the price, the space, and the location, it quietly delivers something that many newer buildings in the area simply can't. If you've been scrolling through listings in the Sukhumvit 42 to 50 corridor and wondering whether this one is worth a visit, here's what you actually need to know.

Location and Getting Around from Noble Ambiance Sukhumvit

Noble Ambiance is tucked along Sukhumvit Soi 42, which puts you in a residential pocket between BTS Ekkamai and BTS Phra Khanong. Either station is roughly a 10 to 12 minute walk, depending on your pace and how much Bangkok heat you can handle. It's not a skywalk connected building, so that's something to factor in during rainy season.

The real convenience here is the neighborhood itself. Sukhumvit 42 connects through to Rama IV Road, so you've got options heading toward Kluaynamthai or even cutting through to the Phra Ram 4 corridor. Grab bikes and motorbike taxis at the mouth of the soi make the BTS commute painless.

Say you work at one of the offices near Asok or Thonglor. The BTS ride is two to three stops in either direction. One guy I know rented here specifically because he split his week between an office in Asok and client visits near On Nut. Noble Ambiance put him right in the middle without the Thonglor price tag.

Unit Sizes, Layout, and What You Actually Get

Noble Ambiance offers one bedroom and two bedroom units. The one bedrooms range from about 35 to 45 square meters, while two bedrooms come in around 60 to 70 square meters. For a Noble branded project, these sizes are generous. You won't feel like you're living inside a shoebox, which is more than you can say for some of the newer micro units popping up along this stretch of Sukhumvit.

The layouts lean practical. Kitchens are separated or semi separated in most configurations, which is a genuine plus if you actually cook at home. Bathrooms are a decent size with proper ventilation. The balconies aren't massive, but they exist, and some units on higher floors get a surprisingly open view toward the east.

One thing to keep in mind: this is an older Noble project, completed around 2009. So the finishes won't look like a 2023 launch showroom. But many owners have renovated their units over the years, so quality varies a lot from door to door. Always visit before signing. A friend of mine toured three different one bedrooms here on the same afternoon and the condition ranged from "needs work" to "move in tomorrow."

Rent Prices and Value for Money

This is where Noble Ambiance really earns its spot on the shortlist. One bedroom units typically rent for 12,000 to 18,000 THB per month, depending on floor, furnishing, and how recently the owner updated things. Two bedrooms go for around 20,000 to 28,000 THB. Compare that with something like Noble Reveal a bit further down Sukhumvit, where similar sizes start at 22,000 for a one bedroom, and the value proposition becomes clear.

For a couple working in central Bangkok or a single professional who wants more than 30 square meters without breaking the budget, this pricing is hard to beat in the Ekkamai to Phra Khanong zone. You're getting the Noble brand common areas and management standards at mid range rent.

A colleague recently moved here from a studio near BTS Udom Suk. She was paying 10,000 THB for 24 square meters. For just 5,000 more, she got a proper one bedroom with a real kitchen and a pool she actually uses. That's the kind of trade up that makes this building attractive.

Facilities and Building Management

The facilities are solid without being excessive. You get a swimming pool, a fitness room, a lobby area, and 24 hour security with key card access. The pool area is well maintained and rarely overcrowded, partly because the building isn't enormous. Total unit count is around 400, which keeps things feeling manageable.

Building management is handled to Noble's usual standard. Common areas stay clean. The juristic office is responsive for most maintenance issues. Elevators can get a bit slow during morning rush, but that's true of virtually every condo in Bangkok with only two or three lifts.

Parking is available but limited. If you own a car, confirm a spot before committing. Motorbike parking is easier to sort out.

Who Should Rent at Noble Ambiance Sukhumvit

This building works best for renters who prioritize space and value over brand new finishes and Instagram worthy lobbies. If you're a young professional, a couple, or even a small family looking for a two bedroom that doesn't cost 35,000 THB a month, Noble Ambiance deserves a serious look.

It's also a smart pick for anyone who wants to live in the Ekkamai to Phra Khanong area but can't justify the rents at places like Mori Haus or XT Ekkamai. You're in the same neighborhood, eating at the same street food spots on Soi 42, shopping at the same Gateway Ekkamai mall, just paying significantly less each month.

If you need a skywalk connected building, a coworking lounge, or top floor infinity pool views, this probably isn't your place. But if you want a comfortable, well managed home base at a fair price in a genuinely livable part of Bangkok, Noble Ambiance delivers without the fuss.
