The Line Jatujak: Chatuchak Area Sansiri Condo Full Review
Discover luxury living in Bangkok's trendiest neighborhood with premium amenities and prime location.

Summary
The Line Jatujak is a sophisticated Sansiri condo in Chatuchak offering modern design, excellent facilities, and convenient access to shopping and dining.
If you've ever taken the BTS past Mo Chit or hopped on the MRT at Chatuchak Park, you've probably noticed The Line Jatujak towering right there at the intersection of two of Bangkok's busiest transit lines. This Sansiri development sits in one of the most connected spots in the entire city, and it's become a seriously popular option for renters who want urban convenience without paying Sukhumvit prices. Let's break down what it's actually like to live here.
Location and Getting Around from The Line Jatujak
The Line Jatujak sits on Phahonyothin Road, directly connected to BTS Mo Chit and MRT Chatuchak Park stations. We're talking a covered walkway that gets you to the BTS in about three minutes. That alone makes this condo a standout for anyone commuting to Siam, Asoke, or even Bang Sue.
The MRT connection is just as easy, giving you a straight shot to Silom, Lumphini, or Thailand Cultural Centre without a single transfer. I know people who work in Sathorn and make the commute in under 30 minutes door to door. That's genuinely hard to beat from this price point.
Beyond transit, you've got Chatuchak Weekend Market literally across the street. JJ Green night market is a short walk. Union Mall and Central Ladprao are both within a quick taxi or motorbike ride. A friend of mine who rented here used to grab Saturday morning coffee, walk to Chatuchak for vintage finds, then hit Or Tor Kor Market for fresh mangoes. All before noon. That kind of lifestyle access is tough to replicate anywhere else in Bangkok.
The Building and Facilities
The Line Jatujak is a twin tower development completed in 2019. The buildings are 30 and 34 stories, and the design leans modern and clean. Sansiri kept things sharp here with a glass facade that looks great from outside and gives residents solid views of the Chatuchak area and the Bangkok skyline from higher floors.
The common areas are where Sansiri really delivers. There's an infinity edge pool on the rooftop level with views that make you forget you're in the middle of the city. A fully equipped gym, co working space, and a sky lounge round things out. The lobby feels more like a boutique hotel than a residential building, which is something Sansiri consistently nails across their Line series.
Security is solid with key card access on every floor, 24 hour guards, and CCTV throughout. Parking is available but limited, so if you have a car, confirm availability before signing a lease. Most renters here rely on BTS and MRT anyway, which honestly makes more sense given the location.
Unit Types and What to Expect Inside
Units at The Line Jatujak come in one bedroom and two bedroom configurations. The one bedrooms range from about 28 to 34 square meters, while the two bedrooms sit around 52 to 58 square meters. These are compact by Western standards, but they're well designed with efficient layouts that don't feel cramped.
Sansiri outfits units with built in wardrobes, kitchen countertops, and quality bathroom fittings. Most rental units come fully furnished with air conditioning, a washing machine, a microwave, and a fridge. Some owners have upgraded with nicer furniture, so the quality can vary depending on which unit you rent.
A colleague of mine rented a 34 sqm one bedroom on the 25th floor facing north. She had a clear view over Chatuchak Park, tons of natural light, and the unit felt genuinely spacious thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. The key with these smaller units is finding one with a good orientation. Corner units and higher floors make a noticeable difference in how the space feels day to day.
Rental Prices and Value for Money
For a one bedroom at The Line Jatujak, expect to pay somewhere between 14,000 and 20,000 THB per month depending on the floor, view, and furnishing quality. Two bedrooms typically go for 25,000 to 35,000 THB. These prices are significantly lower than comparable Sansiri developments along Sukhumvit or in the Thonglor area.
When you factor in the BTS and MRT connectivity, the neighborhood amenities, and the building quality, this condo punches well above its weight. You'd pay 25,000 or more for a similar one bedroom near BTS Thong Lo, and you wouldn't get the dual transit line access.
One thing to keep in mind is that the Chatuchak area gets busy on weekends. Traffic around Phahonyothin and Kamphaeng Phet roads can be intense on Saturdays and Sundays. But if you're using public transit, this is a non issue. And on weekdays, the neighborhood is surprisingly calm and livable.
Who Should Rent at The Line Jatujak
This condo works best for young professionals, couples, and remote workers who prioritize transit access and value. It's ideal for someone commuting to multiple parts of Bangkok since the BTS and MRT interchange gives you flexibility that single line locations simply can't match.
It's also a great pick for expats who want to experience a more local side of Bangkok. The Chatuchak area has a different energy than Sukhumvit. More Thai restaurants, fewer tourist crowds, and a genuine neighborhood feel. If you've done a year in Nana or On Nut and want something fresh, this part of town delivers.
