If you work from home even part of the week, this place makes tremendous sense. The quiet riverside setting and generous unit sizes create a living environment that is hard to replicate anywhere on Sukhumvit or Silom.

However, if you are a young professional who wants to walk to bars on Thonglor or grab street food on Soi 38 at midnight, this is not your spot. The Rama 3 area is quieter and more residential, and you will need a car or rely on the boat shuttle and ride hailing apps for most outings. Single renters on a budget should also look elsewhere, as there are no studio or small one bedroom options here.
