This is probably not the right fit if you work from home full time and need a spacious, modern workspace inside your unit. The compact layouts and older finishes might feel cramped after a few months of daily remote work. It is also not ideal if you go out frequently in the Thonglor or Ekkamai nightlife zones, since getting back late at night requires either a grab ride or a slightly inconvenient MRT transfer.
