The Problem We Kept Running Into
A few years ago, one of our founders was looking for a condo near Phrom Phong BTS. Budget was around 25,000 to 30,000 THB per month. Simple enough, right? Not even close. He contacted over 15 agents on various listing sites. Some never replied. Others sent listings in Bearing or Bang Na, completely ignoring the location request. One agent showed a unit at The Lumpini 24 that had already been rented two months earlier.
This wasn't a one time experience. Every expat, every remote worker, every Thai professional moving between districts had some version of this same story. The information was scattered across dozens of websites, LINE groups, and Facebook pages. Nobody could tell you with confidence what a fair price looked like for a specific building in a specific month.
We realized the problem wasn't a lack of condos. Bangkok has tens of thousands of available units at any given time. The problem was access to trustworthy, organized, and actually current information. That gap is exactly where Superagent was born.
Why We Chose AI Over More Agents
The traditional model in Bangkok works like this. You tell a human agent what you want. They search their own private listings, which might be outdated. They show you three or four places. One thing we were stubborn about from the start was making Superagent hyper local. Generic property platforms treat every city the same way. But Bangkok isn't generic.
